Membership in HENA is open to all persons who spend a significant amount of time in the sales, marketing, management, educational, or planning disciplines within the hospitality industry. Membership is by no means restricted strictly to the New Orleans area. Many of HENA's members are from companies along the Gulf Coast and throughout the rest of Louisiana. Regular membership may also be held by an individual who is involved in promoting, producing, or delivering support services to the travel, tourism or convention and meeting industries.

Monthly meetings provide the opportunity to network with your peers in the hospitality industry.
Educational seminars are offered each quarter in order to offer each member the means to accomplish both personal and professional goals.
"Hospitality Hotline" newsletter and henaneworleans.com keep our members informed on what's happening across our industry.
Annual convention combines networking and education in a relaxed atmosphere.
Annual Supplier Showcase event gives suppliers a chance to showcase goods and services to the industry.
