Online Advertising Is Now Available!
Promote your business within the New Orleans hospitality industry with a rotating 'banner ad' or stationary 'tool bar' ad on henaonline.com! There are lots of benefits to online advertising over newsletter advertising, but two jump out.
First of all, you get more views by our users! Henaonline.com is being set up as a tool that our members can use on a daily basis with an online membership directory, an online newsletter and a daily calendar. This means our members will see your ad more often than they would in the old 'Hospitality Hotline' newsletter.
Secondly, and most importantly, your banner or toolbar ad will act as a link directly to your website! Now you'll really have a chance to showcase your goods and services by taking interested HENA members right to your website or homepage... And while you've got them there, you can dazzle them with color pictures, displays and anything else you can dream up!
So what are the differences between a 'Banner Ad' and a 'Toolbar Ad?'
'Banner Ads' are rotating ads at the top and bottom of each page on the website. These are the premier ads on the website. They are bigger than 'toolbar' ads and they appear on each page of the website. Each time you click to a new page these ads will rotate with ads from up to four companies. (ie: If company 'A' is first in the rotation, they will show up on the first page viewed and won't appear again until the user has clicked through three more pages.) We can
accommodate up to eight different ads in banner ad positions.
'Toolbar Ads' are less expensive ads. These ads will appear only on the Henaonline.com frontpage and are located directly beneath the daily calendar. Space is available for only two of these ads each month.
Specifications and Pricing
Art work and payment for your ad must be received by the HENA office no later than the 20th of the month. Your ad will then begin its run on the 1st of the next month. Art work should be supplied to the HENA office as a .gif file (for line-art) or as a .jpeg file (for art which utilizes photographs.) In addition to the art work the HENA office also needs the web address that you would like the ad to be linked to.
Banner Ads Size: 460 pixels x 60 pixels ($100 per Month)
Toolbar Ads Size: 140 pixels x 140 pixels ($75 per Month)
