HENA POLICIES

Payment Policy

HENA will accept payment through cash, checks (made out to: Hospitality Education & Marketing Association or HENA), money orders, American Express, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy

HENA encourages RSVPing for all events by offering a cheaper rate for members who RSVP. Rates for our monthly networking meeting are $20.00 for members who RSVP and $30.00 for non-members and all walk-ups. If you RSVP, but do not show for the event, you will be sent a "No-Show" bill.

If you RSVP for a HENA meeting and discover later that you can't make it, please call the HENA office at (504) 269-9600 and cancel. You may cancel your RSVP up to one hour before the meeting time. If you have cancelled your RSVP you will not be sent a "No Show" bill.

Mailing List Policy

HENA will sell its mailing list to members only. The cost for the mailing list is $50.00 and must meet with board approval. Please submit a written request for the mailing list to the HENA Office and be sure to include a description of what will be mailed out to our membership. The HENA Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse any request for the mailing list.
